What we ask: • Know the fights — Don't show up expecting to learn mechanics during progression. Come prepared. • Come fully consumed — Flasks, potions, enchants, gems, and anything else your character needs to perform. • Be on time — Invites aren't raid start. Be ready to go when it's time to pull. • Perform on your class — Know your rotation, understand your cooldowns, and know how to maximize your character. • Take responsibility — We expect players to recognize mistakes, learn from them, and improve. • Come prepared to push — We're parse-focused, and individual performance matters. • Respect the team — High standards don't mean toxic behavior. We want competitive players who can take criticism, communicate, and work together.
