Community Guidelines

Guilds Forever is about trust. These rules keep it that way.

Be honest

  • Represent your guild and your character truthfully. Do not inflate progression, roster size or activity.
  • Keep recruitment needs current. Confirm them when the site asks so players are not chasing filled spots.
  • Do not claim verification, sponsorship or affiliation you do not have.

No harassment or hate

No threats, targeted abuse, slurs, or content that attacks people for who they are. This applies to guild pages, the Tavern, comments, application notes and event descriptions.

No spam or scams

  • No gold selling, account trading, boosting adverts, phishing links or off-topic promotion.
  • No mass applications, duplicate guild listings or automated posting.
  • Do not ask for passwords, payment details or authenticator codes. Guilds Forever staff will never ask for your password.

No impersonation

Do not pose as another player, guild, streamer, company or Guilds Forever staff. Guild names are not exclusive, but pretending to be an established guild you are not part of is not allowed. If your guild is being impersonated, report the listing.

Keep it appropriate

No sexual content, gore, or illegal material. Keep guild names, mottos and Tavern titles suitable for a public site that minors may read.

Reporting

Every guild, player profile, Tavern post and comment has a Report button. Reports go to moderators, who can hide content, suspend guilds and suspend accounts. Reports are confidential.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, revoke founding badges, suspend a guild or suspend an account. Suspended users can appeal by writing to support@guildsforever.com.
