Terms of Use

Short and plain.

Last updated 15 September 2026. Pending review by legal counsel.

Using Guilds Forever

You may use Guilds Forever to find guilds, recruit players and take part in the community. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give Guilds Forever a licence to display it on the site and in previews (for example, a guild page shared on Discord). You may delete your content or your account at any time.

Conduct

  • No harassment, hate, threats or impersonation.
  • No spam, gold selling, account trading or scams.
  • No scraping, automated account creation or attempts to bypass rate limits.
  • Do not claim verification or affiliation you do not have.

See the Community Guidelines for detail. We may hide content, suspend accounts, revoke founding badges or suspend guilds that break these rules. Moderation decisions can be appealed by writing to support@guildsforever.com.

Guilds and applications

Guild pages, recruitment needs and applications are provided as-is. Guilds Forever does not guarantee that any guild will accept you, or that any applicant will join. Match scores are estimates based on the information both sides provide.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable at times. We will give reasonable notice of major changes to these terms.

Independence

Guilds Forever is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and WoW Forever are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
