HordeGuild looking to merge rosters

We are a Scandinavian-and-friends Horde guild with 31 committed raiders and a schedule of Wednesday and Sunday 20:00 CET. Rather than recruit ten strangers one by one, we would rather merge with a smaller guild that has a compatible culture and a healer core.
What we offer: stable leadership, a bank that pays for consumables, an EPGP/DKP hybrid we can adapt, and no ego about the guild name. What we need: healers, a tank and a handful of ranged.
If you are a guild of 8-15 people who like each other and want to raid 40s at launch, let us talk.

Our guild uses the handle in the guild note and display names in raid. Works fine after the first week.
