— EXPECTATIONS — • Play the game. Join the ranks. • General membership is competitive-focused.
— MINDSET — • Be coachable, feedback drives growth. • Adaptability is valued over raw skill. • Review every loss, ask, "What could I have done better?" • Offer and accept feedback with professionalism.
— COMMS — • Follow calls instantly, bad call followed > good call ignored. • Use clear, third-person callouts • Keep comms concise, no excess chatter during fights.
— CONDUCT — • Trash talk is earned, never be cringeworthy. • Win with discipline, do not flex on outnumbered opponents. • Maintain professionalism in guild communications. • No bans, represent Aura with integrity in-game and publicly.
— FINAL WORD — Be the player you would want beside you in a fight. AURA is built on discipline, awareness, and relentless drive. If you are here, it is because we see potential — prove us right.
