Loot

Soft reserve“We use a fair loot system designed to respect your time and ensure gear spreads evenly across the raid team.” “How It Works:” “Soft Reserve (SR): Priority on items you select before raid start. Only the raid leader sees SR selections before the raid to prevent collusion.” “Main Spec over Off Spec (MS > OS): Gear for your primary role takes priority over secondary specs.” “Bad Luck Protection: Winning main-spec or SR loot adds a penalty to your count. Passing or missing out on loot grants bonus points toward your future rolls to protect you from bad luck streaks.” “Fair Priority: Players with lower win penalties/higher bonus points take priority on contested drops. Equal counts roll off head-to-head.”

What they expect

For every 4 weeks, you will be expected to attend at least 3 of those weeks if you're a raider (and not a fill-in/benchwarmer). Obviously, this is a game, so exceptions apply because real life takes priority over games. If you take the piss and never show up, don't expect to be invited much longer. Players will be expected to attend raids with the appropriate consumables, potions and elixirs, etc.
