In Settings, under Emails, you can turn off emails about new messages. Guild Masters, officers and recruiters can also turn off the email for every new applicant. You still see both on the site.

Unsubscribe links opened in a browser, and the Discord reminder for members who weren’t signed in, led to a broken page. They open the right page now.
When you rename your guild, its page and join link now use the new name. Links with the old name still work and take people to the new one.

Picking raid hours now shows guilds whose raids start in them and end within an hour after, so a 19:30–23:30 raid counts as Evenings. A new switch, Only guilds with raid times set, hides guilds that haven’t set theirs.

Your recommended guilds and match emails no longer include guilds that raid on a night you didn’t pick. Guilds that haven’t set their raid nights yet still show, after the ones that match.

Name your ranks and add your own, up to ten (Roster, then Ranks), each with the access it gives on the site. The roster, your guild page and the bot’s Discord roles use your names, and officers pick the exact rank when they invite someone.
Click a day in the calendar and pick I’m away, and your raid nights that day say Can’t. Answering or inviting an applicant now counts as officers checking recruitment. Signed in, the logo and guildsforever.com open your Home instead of the guild finder.

Blizzard added a Roleplay-PvP ruleset for launch, so guilds and players can now pick it, filter by it and find each other on it. Guilds already on another ruleset can switch in Edit guild.
Home is in the top bar now, and the officers’ Hub is part of it. The side menu keeps Home, Calendar, My applications and your guild’s pages; your profile and account are under your name, and What’s new is the megaphone beside the logo.
A guild plan’s lineup lists everyone still to seat beside the parties: click a name to seat them, or drag them onto a seat, and see each person’s answer for the night. Clear lineup empties every seat in one step that Undo brings back.
Officers can split the roster into raid teams (Roster, then Teams). A team’s raid nights ask only that team to sign up, officers can still seat anyone else, and new members hear about the nights they’re asked to.
The guild list has a Loot filter, and its filters stay under the header as you scroll. US and Oceania guilds can tick Also recruiting to show up in both regions.
Players can list up to three other specs they’d play. A guild can keep its member names to its own members, and an applicant who joined and then left reads Left.
The Guild Master can have the bot make a Discord role for each rank and keep it on the right people, with class colours if you like. The Discord page shows what the bot does in two short videos.
Remove from slot stays in view, names have more room on the lineup, Set a raid night shows once, and Save to your guild is a real button on a shared plan, with five smaller fixes besides.
Putting someone in an empty seat of the raid planner now says they were added to the party, not moved there.
On the public raid planner, a buff’s card opens once, beside the buffs, instead of twice.
When you fill a seat in a guild plan, longer names show in full, so two characters with similar names no longer look the same.
Until the end of 1 November: coloured lanterns, bats and spiders under the header, pumpkin buttons, and Karazhan’s haunted tower on the homepage, with a pumpkin you can click until it bursts.
Guild Masters get one join link to post in their Discord or on stream. Whoever opens it picks their character, signs in with Discord and is in the guild at once, as a Member, without applying.
When the raid has no crit aura, every talent waiting for one shows its icon and tooltip, not only the first four.
When a raid has no crit aura, Needs says which talents Leader of the Pack would help and which Moonkin Form would, instead of naming one aura for all.
Needs now says when your players’ spells wait for a buff or debuff nobody brings, like Curse of the Elements for a raid of Mages, and your first open seat suggests who would bring it. It no longer repeats a must-have it already asks for.

Spells, talents, tooltips and the raid rules now come from Forever News, so the planner follows each WoW Forever patch on its own.
21 of them came from members’ feedback. Tell us what to fix next
