Raider Expectations • Perform in the top 1% of your class/spec • Fully min-max your character (gear, professions, consumables) • Innovate and push class rankings • Guild-first mentality — we succeed as a team

Raid Schedule • Tues / Wed / Thurs — 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM EST

Our Commitment • Organized raids with pre-assigned roles and strategies • Fully optimized roster for peak performance • All raiders expected to be fully prepped and geared

Loot Distribution • RCLC addon used for 20 / 40 man content • SR will be utilized for 10 man content • Loot prioritized for maximum raid impact

Trial Process • Two lockouts to evaluate performance • Eligible for loot during trial • Trials typically run on Mon / Thurs
