Since then, we moved to Dreamscythe to progress to TBC. We were able to maintain multiple raid teams for the majority of the expansion and have had success in different environments, building people up into leadership roles, and ensuring that there is a space for everyone to exist as they see fit.

We will be moving our primary focus to WoW:Forever and have been actively on the beta testing the game as well as guild/community features to prepare for launch.

In WoW: Forever, we are playing on Alliance, and moving to the Roleplay ruleset in hopes of finding the best place for our community.

We will also be returning to our Doomhowl roots housing an additional space for Horde Hardcore when that opens up later after initial launch! * Note that Hardcore is an extension of the space. Our main focus will remain on the Alliance RP ruleset.

Our gamers come to us generally looking for a community that accepts them and rejects those that would antagonize us. They stay once they see that we make good on that promise consistently.

Other notable items that help keep the ship afloat:

* Organization and effort in all things - From content clearing, to open discussions, to weekly announcements. Our members frequently comment on how well the space runs thanks to the time and effort put in by our team.

* Leadership and staff - Our volunteer staff that keep things moving are split into different roles that allow them to handle items they are interested in or excel in without overloading them with more responsibilities than they are able to handle.

* Decisions are made based on feedback constantly - Polling via Google forms and gauging sentiment before we make any big moves (Like from Hardcore to softcore or Horde to Alliance)

* Attempts to try new things to see what works - A guild-found SoD fresh run a few months ago for example! Or big dungeon farming events prior to Naxx's launch in Classic Anniversary with rewards that promoted team effort

* A focus on protecting our folks - New recruits go through a basic vetting and are not permitted Discord access immediately when invited via in-game recruiting. We do our best to ensure we don't run into unnecessary troubles or cause that stress for our members.
