About the guild
RAID SCHEDULE
West Coast Raid: Thursday - 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST East Coast Raid: Sunday - 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
Both teams will be progression-focused while still maintaining a relaxed guild atmosphere outside of raid.
LOOT SYSTEM
Loot Crew will use a +1 / 2 Soft Reserve system, with Hard Reserves on select chase items when appropriate.

The goal is to keep loot distribution simple, transparent, and low-drama while still giving players a fair shot at the items they care about most.
Each raider will receive 2 Soft Reserves for eligible raid loot. Winning an item through your Soft Reserve will place you at +1, meaning players who have not yet won loot will receive priority on subsequent contested items.
Any HR items will be clearly communicated before the raid, so there are no surprises once something drops.
We want everyone to know exactly how loot is being handled before the first pull. No changing rules mid-raid, no hidden priority, and no loot drama.
GUILD ENVIRONMENT
Loot Crew is intended to be a long-term community, not simply a raid roster.
Expect:
Good banter, active Discord, people running dungeons and helping each other, organized raids, clear expectations, and leadership that is willing to put in the work required to keep the guild healthy.
We want to clear content efficiently without turning three-hour raid nights into a second job.
Come prepared, know your character, communicate, and don't be "That guy"
