Actively recruiting WARLOCKS (our biggest need: key to our leveling strategy and our raids) and 1 more RAID LEADER. MinMax is a serious, competitive Horde PvE raiding guild with an active Discord community. We apply a min-max philosophy to the team, not the individual: less focus on personal parses, more on maximizing the efficiency of the whole group, because the value of teamwork shows in how efficiently we beat new content. We talk and share strategies every day in our Discord chat and voice channels, and that communication is what we build the teams on. We form DUO & TRIO leveling teams, then progression raid as a team to be among the first to beat new content. We run eleven 10-player teams, five 20-player teams and two 40-player teams. Also recruiting a MAIN TANK: guaranteed raid spot, Hard Reserve on main-tank gear, blacksmithing mats + consumables supported. Raids start at 5 PM and 8 PM Pacific (server time), Tue-Sun, and run about 3 hours, with start times and days for every time zone (PST to EST) plus an optional weekend raid team; during progression we raid until it's cleared.
