About the guild

At its core, RNG is a progression raiding guild. However, ultimately, we want RNG to strike a balance.

Take progression seriously when it's time to raid, while keeping the guild itself enjoyable, social, and welcoming outside of raid.

Build a guild where Raiders are motivated to improve and clear content, while everyone else still feels like they are an important part of the community.
