Why Skosh? Because sometimes all it takes is a skosh more teamwork, a skosh more preparation, and a skosh less standing in fire to make the difference between victory and a very memorable repair bill.

We believe a strong guild is about more than progression and achievements. It’s about the people behind them. We value cooperation, accountability, and mutual respect, and we expect every member to contribute to a positive atmosphere both within the guild and across the realm.

We take our raids seriously, emphasizing preparation, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We strive to bring our best, learn from our mistakes, and improve with every encounter. Of course, perfection is a work in progress. Sometimes victory takes a little Skosh of effort, and sometimes it takes several repair bills and a group discussion about what actually happened.

At the same time, we believe the game should be enjoyable. We celebrate our victories, learn from our wipes, and understand that success comes from working together rather than putting individual egos first. After all, nobody succeeds alone—not even the person who insists they were definitely out of range of that mechanic.

Roleplay is an optional but encouraged part of the Skosh experience. We welcome members who enjoy immersing themselves in the world, developing their characters, and helping create stories and memorable adventures together. Whether you're a seasoned roleplayer, curious to try something new, or simply here to raid and enjoy the game, you're welcome in Skosh. There's no pressure to participate, just an open invitation to add a little extra flavor to the adventure.

And naturally, we believe in keeping things in perspective. We're Skosh, not Too Much—we don't expect perfection, but we do expect preparation. Come ready to contribute, know your role, put in the effort, and take responsibility for your own progress. We're here to support each other, not carry those who aren't willing to pull their own weight. A skosh of preparation goes a long way, and nobody likes a free passenger on the raid team.
