The Dark Call

The vision is a long-term, community-first organization where people actually get to know one another, enjoy playing together, and pursue meaningful progression without turning gaming into a second job. There are plans to grow beyond Wow Forever, but this game will serve as our anchor with raid schedules, pvp, and new content to explore based on road map.  We just won't penalize members for interest in other things. The main goal is to always have a crew down to ride (looking at you, November 19th) no matter what you play.   I am a husband and father so I understand the flexibility we all need. That said we will be seeking ages 21+ or 30+, mature, drama free, life has enough challenges we don't need more in games where we come to chill and progress content. 

We aren't a RP group, but this isn't a place to just get off your worldviews or political gripes. Zero tolerance for racism or any discrimination.  Other things like movies and anime are cool. 

What we're building:

A welcoming, social environment for people with real-life responsibilities. We will start as a spark and grow. I have answered the call.

Organized PvE progression, BG groups, dungeons, and eventually raids.

A community where preparation, teamwork, reliability, and grace matter, without unnecessary pressure.

A home that can eventually extend beyond WoW into other games. I've previously helped manage gaming groups of 20–40 active players on consoles using pc to organize and I enjoy leadership, organization, and creating a good environment for people to play together. Many of them I still game with to this day, they just have no interest in WoW or are strictly console.

What I'm looking for:

Ideally, one person interested in helping as a founding organizer or future officer, plus a small group of players who want to be involved from the beginning.

Even if you don't want a leadership role but have been a loner looking for community to game, share professions etc. contact me. 

I'm not claiming we already have multiple raid teams or a massive established roster. Although I do have experience raiding, I played off and on since 2004.  We're starting fresh, and that's part of the opportunity: helping shape the community rather than joining someone else's established inner circle. Hopefully a crew you enjoy enough to bring your other friends too.

Still working out exact raid times but probably 7 or 8 PM to 10 or 11 PM

Hopefully we can get two 10-man raid groups so we are good to go for 20-man raids, and then we can double that for 40-man raids at the very least.

We aren't going for world firsts, but we will be in line with Blizzard's road map. We will work together to make sure everyone has what they need to progress content. Our guild uses 2 Soft Reserves +1 for everyone in raid not decided by officers (2 SR +1) to keep loot distribution fair, transparent, and rewarding for everyone.

Our philosophy is simple: We progress together. We want everyone to have a fair chance at upgrades, not just a handful of lucky players walking away with everything.

The initial goal is to build a dependable core, level together, establish a sustainable raid schedule, and grow organically. I take our long-term goals and overall community longevity seriously and have no plans to make major guild decisions in a vacuum, we will move as a group. I seek to empower everyone to play their way and move the team forward and hope all members will do the same.
