Who we are
⚔️ The Iron Ledger is a Horde guild for mature gamers who value brotherhood, teamwork, and lasting friendships. We're a mid-competitive guild focused on raiding, dungeons, and having fun together without elitism, cliques, or drama. Real life comes first, and everyone has a place in our brotherhood!
What we expect
- The Iron Ledger is a community-first, mid-competitive Horde guild. We welcome players of all experience levels who share our commitment to teamwork, respect, and building a lasting brotherhood.
- To join and remain a member of The Iron Ledger, we ask that you meet the following expectations:
- 1. Be respectful. Treat your fellow guild members with respect. Toxicity, bullying, discrimination, harassment, and unnecessary drama will not be tolerated.
- 2. Be part of the brotherhood. We encourage members to participate, get to know one another, and help when they can. Nobody is expected to be online every day, but we want members who genuinely want to be part of our community.
- 3. Discord is required. All members must join our Discord server to stay informed about guild announcements, events, and activities. Voice participation is encouraged but not required for general membership.
- 4. No elitism or cliques. We welcome new, returning, casual, and experienced players. Everyone deserves an opportunity to participate, learn, and enjoy the game.
- 5. Have a team-first attitude. We encourage members to run content together, share knowledge, and support one another. Helping others is appreciated, but nobody is obligated to drop what they're doing whenever someone needs assistance.
- 6. Real life comes first. We understand that family, work, and personal responsibilities take priority. If you need to step away or take a break, that's perfectly fine.
- 7. Keep politics and religion out of guild discussions. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where people can relax and enjoy the game together.
- 🛡️ Additional Expectations for Raiders
- Our raid team will have additional expectations regarding attendance, preparation, communication, and teamwork. Raiders should be willing to learn, accept constructive feedback, and work toward our shared progression goals.
- We want to be competitive, but never at the expense of treating our teammates well.
