Looking for a guild where you actually know the people you're playing with? We're longtime WoW players who enjoy running dungeons, leveling, helping guildmates, hanging out in Discord, and giving each other a hard time.
We're here to kill bosses, make friends, and occasionally make decisions that explain the guild name.
### ⚔️ RAIDING — WE LOCK IN.
We're assembling **two equally capable 10-man progression teams** that come together as one cohesive **20-man raid roster**. Both teams matter. Neither is a bench squad, a farm team, or a consolation prize.
We're recruiting **skilled, dependable raiders** who know their classes, execute mechanics, show up prepared, and understand that progression is a team effort. We expect players to take their performance seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

Not everyone needs to raid, and that's exactly how we want it. Social players, dungeon runners, crafters, levelers, and returning veterans are welcome.
We want an active guild where people actually know each other, help each other out, and enjoy logging in—even when there's no raid scheduled.

What we expect
- Bad Decisions is a progression-focused guild with a laid-back atmosphere.
- We expect raiders to maintain 80% attendance, show up on time, prepared with appropriate consumables, enchants, and knowledge of their class and encounters.
- Discord voice is required during raids, but a microphone is not.
- Be willing to take constructive feedback, learn from mistakes, and prioritize team success over personal parses or loot.
- Real life always comes first—just communicate absences ahead of time.
- We take progression seriously, not ourselves.
- Bring a good attitude, thick skin, and a sense of humor.
- Wipes happen.
Loot rules · Soft reserve
- Bad Decisions uses a 2x Soft Reserve loot system with MS > OS +1 for unreserved drops.
- Raiders submit two reserves before each raid, with tied reserves decided by roll.
- Unreserved gear goes to main spec first, with +1 helping spread loot fairly across the team.
- A small number of progression-critical items may receive preannounced priority assignments, including essential tank upgrades.
- Trials can participate in loot, with established raiders receiving priority on contested items.
- All loot decisions are transparent, and we use That's My BIS to track priorities and distribution.
- Our goal is simple: reward our raiders, strengthen the team, and keep loot drama to a minimum.
