Small roster with strong attendance - no overrecruiting or bench seats Progressive: come prepared, stay focused, collaborative, non-toxic Loot: Transparent. Loot Council with Soft Reserve (choose BIS per raid tier, LC breaks ties) Raid Spots: All Roles/Classes Potential opportunity for experienced Backup Raid Lead/Officers Raids: Week one of release

Community: Discord - Active Voice Chat encouraged (not required outside of raid) Adults/Mature (Mostly 30+, must be 21+) Fresh Guild - play around in the Beta and plan for launch Small to Medium-Sized - not looking to become giant Casual Folks Welcome Female Guild Leader.
