Since then, we have played together through Classic, TBC, WOTLK, Anni Classic&TBC. Throughout our history, our raiding philosophy has always been simple: Waste as little time as possible through exceptional performance. During Classic and Anni, <KARMA> achieved some of the fastest clears on our servers and competed at a very high level, including a World Top 10 speedrun history across multiple tiers. For WoW Forever - We're going slightly less hardcore in terms of time commitment, while keeping a very high standard of play. Raid fewer hours. Play better during those hours. Clear efficiently. What you can expect from us: • A high-quality and experienced player base • Experienced raid leaders with years of Classic, pserver and progression experience • Stable leadership with decades of combined guild management experience • Organized raids with clear preparation and assignments • Assignments, planning and loot handled through transparent spreadsheets • Efficient, speed-focused clears without unnecessary downtime • Active leadership that is present and involved • An active community both in-game and on Discord • Alt-friendly environment for players who want to maintain additional characters • PvP premades and other community activities depending on interest • Very little drama and no tolerance for diva behaviour What we expect from you: Skill. Reliability. Preparation. Adaptability. Performance. Teamwork. Understand your class, research encounters, optimize your character and come prepared. But performance alone isn't enough. We value high-quality players with a strong community mindset extremely highly. Maintaining the atmosphere of KARMA has always been a priority. Your personality and character are just as important as your experience and skill. We expect: • High long-term attendance • Strong class knowledge • Good mechanical execution • Willingness to learn and adapt • Appropriate min-maxing of your character • Proper consumables, enchants and preparation • The ability to take constructive criticism • Willingness to help guildmates • A team-first mentality • No ego, diva behaviour or unnecessary drama We don't expect WoW to become your second job. But we do expect you to take the game seriously when you're playing it. We still enjoy speedrunning and competing. But our priority for WoW Forever is efficient progression and clears on a sustainable schedule. Efficiency over excessive hours. Raid Schedule: Our exact WoW Forever schedule will be finalized as the rosters forms. Historically, our main raid day has always been Sunday - with another roster for Mondays and a third possible roster Thursdays. Players will earn and maintain their position based on: Performance • Attendance • Preparation • Attitude • Raid composition The rosters will naturally adapt as the meta and different phases develop. Loot System: Loot Council Loot decisions will prioritize the strength and progression of the raid while remaining consistent and transparent. Planning, assignments and relevant loot information will be available through guild spreadsheets. Recruitment: Exceptional players can apply regardless of class. Even if your class is not currently listed, we are always interested in strong players. We would rather recruit an exceptional player and find a way to use them than recruit purely to fill a class slot.
