Our plans for Forever

NOT YOUR BIS — Semi-Hardcore Raiding Guild

NOT YOUR BIS is a Semi-Hardcore raiding guild built around clean, efficient clears, strong preparation, and consistent performance.

We aren’t a speedrunning or parse-focused guild. Instead, we pride ourselves on creating a balanced raiding environment where skilled players, teamwork, and accountability come together to achieve results.

We expect every raider to come prepared, understand their role, and take responsibility for their own performance. Mechanics always come before parses. We value players who can execute encounters correctly, adapt to situations, and prioritise the success of the raid over personal numbers.

What we ask: ⚔️ NOT YOUR BIS — Raider Expectations Come Prepared: Have the correct consumables, enchants, gems, gear, and knowledge of upcoming encounters. Mechanics Over Parses: Raid execution and survival always come before personal numbers. Be Punctual: Be online and ready before raid start. Take Accountability: Know your class, understand your role, and learn from mistakes. Respect the Team: Communicate clearly, accept constructive feedback, and work together. Maintain Consistency: Attendance and reliability matter. We expect raiders to respect the time and effort everyone puts in. Our goal is simple: Clean, efficient raid clears through preparation, teamwork, and strong execution. We aren't here to chase parses — we're here to get the job done.
