About the guild
Who we are
PERFORMANCE CASUAL | NA [A] | RP-PvP/PvP
Performance Casual | Community First | Blind Progression
Raid Schedule: Sunday / Monday 8–11 PM Central | 9 PM–12 AM Eastern | 6–9 PM Pacific
Community First. Guild First. Performance Casual.
We’re building Performance Casual to be a long-term WoW Forever community, not a guild that clears one tier and slowly dies in Discord.
Our goal is simple: Clear everything Blizzard gives us without turning WoW into an unpaid second job.
Two nights of progression. Five nights of freedom.
⸻
Blind Progression
No datamining, PTR strategies, or boss guides before we’ve figured out new encounters ourselves.
We’ll wipe. We’ll adjust. We’ll learn. Then we’ll kill it.
Discovering the content is part of the content.
Performance Casual
We expect competent, prepared players who know their classes, learn and execute mechanics, accept feedback, and respect everyone’s time.
No world-first racing. No speed-clear obsession. No 99-parse requirements. But we’re not interested in being six months behind everyone else, either.
Competent. Prepared. Efficient. Relaxed.
Chapters & Community
Performance Casual is organized into 25-player Chapters supporting consistent 20-player progression teams, each with its own leadership.
All Chapters raid Sunday/Monday, allowing us to coordinate rosters and combine forces for larger content.
Chapters are communities, not kingdoms. The guild comes first.
We’ll combine Chapters for 40-man raids and encourage cross-Chapter 10-mans, dungeons, leveling, PvP, and off-night activities.
PvP Matters
Dedicated PvP leadership, organized events, and spontaneous world PvP.
Want to spend Saturday murdering the opposing faction instead of farming herbs?
Assemble the warband.
Simple, Fair Loot
Round Priority: Main-spec upgrades are free roll within the applicable priority group. Win an item, move to Priority 2, and give players who haven’t won anything first shot at the next upgrades.
New raiders start their first raid night at Priority 2 and join everyone at Priority 1 beginning their second raid night.
Priority resets each raid night.
No loot council. No DKP. No officer favoritism.
The Culture
Help guildmates. Build groups together. Communicate. Improve. Handle disagreements like adults.
We value a good player who’s enjoyable to spend three hours with more than a miserable parsing superstar.
Performance Casual, not Performance Optional.
We’re Recruiting Founding Members
Legionnaire: Core progression raiders Auxilia: PvPers, social players, dungeon runners, and everyone else Leadership: Experienced, reliable people who want to help build something lasting
Ruleset: RP-PvP if available. Otherwise PvP.
Community First. Guild First. Performance Casual.
