<Phalanx> is a semi-hardcore, team-first guild built around a simple idea: The team comes before the individual. We’re looking for casual but competent players who understand that real life comes first, but still want to push themselves and the guild when they’re in-game.

We want to find that sweet spot between having a life and taking the game seriously. We aren't interested in treating WoW like a second job. IRL commitments will always come first. At the same time, when we step into a raid, we want to perform. We're the type of players who enjoy: • Improving personal performance • Pushing for faster and cleaner clear times • Learning from mistakes and improving as a group • Helping our teammates succeed • Building a strong, reliable raid team •Having fun and enjoying the game along the way.
Individual parses and accomplishments are great, but a strong parse means a lot more when it contributes to a strong team.
🗓️ Raid Schedule: • Monday 8:30pm EST. • Tuesday 8:30pm EST. • Other raids hosted throughout the week and weekend for additional lockouts by officers. Our schedule is designed for players who want consistent progression without sacrificing their lives outside of WoW.
• Who We're Looking For: We're looking for players who are: laid back, enjoy playing well, working together with others towards a common goal. You don’t have to live on WoW, but when you're online and part of the team, we expect you to know your class, come prepared, communicate, and continually work toward improving.
Most importantly, we're looking for people who understand that we succeed and fail together. If you're looking for a guild where you can enjoy WoW, build friendships, push your character, and be part of a team that wants to see just how far we can take things without turning the game into a second career, Phalanx might be the place for you.

- What they expect
- Absences Unexcused absences will cause a reset to ZERO for your SR If you are going to be absent, please let an officer know ahead of time. We understand that real life comes first. If the circumstance do not permit advanced notification, please let an officer know as soon as you are able. Communication is key here. We understand that some absences are for private reasons, and these reasons do not require details. All officers will practice discretion with sensitive topics. Repeated absences are at the discretion of officers, and may be treated as extended absences. Extended Absences If you are gone for a significant or variable amount of time, officers reserve the right to determine whether your accumulated SR bonus will be honored when you return. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking the length and circumstances of the absence into consideration. SR+ is designed to reward active participation, but we understand real-life responsibilities come first. Communication with officers is always encouraged when taking an extended break.
