<Phalanx> — Team First. Push Hard. Have Fun.

<Phalanx> is a semi-hardcore, team-first guild built around a simple idea: The team comes before the individual. We’re looking for casual but competent players who understand that real life comes first, but still want to push themselves and the guild when they’re in-game.

•What We’re About•

We want to find that sweet spot between having a life and taking the game seriously. We aren't interested in treating WoW like a second job. IRL commitments will always come first. At the same time, when we step into a raid, we want to perform. We're the type of players who enjoy: • Improving personal performance • Pushing for faster and cleaner clear times • Learning from mistakes and improving as a group • Helping our teammates succeed • Building a strong, reliable raid team •Having fun and enjoying the game along the way.

What we ask: Absences Unexcused absences will cause a reset to ZERO for your SR If you are going to be absent, please let an officer know ahead of time. We understand that real life comes first. If the circumstance do not permit advanced notification, please let an officer know as soon as you are able. Communication is key here. We understand that some absences are for private reasons, and these reasons do not require details. All officers will practice discretion with sensitive topics. Repeated absences are at the discretion of officers, and may be treated as extended absences. Extended Absences If you are gone for a significant or variable amount of time, officers reserve the right to determine whether your accumulated SR bonus will be honored when you return. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking the length and circumstances of the absence into consideration. SR+ is designed to reward active participation, but we understand real-life responsibilities come first. Communication with officers is always encouraged when taking an extended break.
