RAIDING & BENCH POLICY
Raid Days: Friday & Saturday Raid Times: 8–11 PM PST | 10 PM–1 AM CST | 11 PM–2 AM EST Progression Scaling: Teams will initially build around 10-man groups, combining into 20-man teams, and ultimately forming one cohesive 40-man raid roster for primary guild progression. 10-Man Scheduling Autonomy: Once 20-man and 40-man tiers become our primary progression focus, each individual 10-man group can determine its own schedule to run 10-man content outside of the main progression days. Expectations: Main raid invites begin 20 minutes prior to start time. Raiders must arrive fully prepared on their main character with optimal gear, gems, enchants, and consumables. Attendance: Spots are determined by composition needs, class balance, and reliability. If you cannot make a scheduled raid, let leadership know as soon as possible. Full Standby EP: Benched players who remain online, active, and raid-ready on standby will receive 100% full EP credit for the night. We value your time and dedication to keeping our roster covered. Standby Requirements: To receive standby EP, you must adhere to the following: • The 5-Minute Rule: When called upon, you must be at the raid entrance or ready for a summon within 5 minutes. If you are AFK, unreachable, or offline, you forfeit all EP for that night. • Raid Readiness: You must remain logged onto your main raid character, fully repaired, and carrying the same mandatory gems, enchants, and consumables as the active roster.
LOOT SYSTEM: CEPGP
Distribution: We use a transparent CEPGP (Effort Points | Gear Points) system to ensure loot distribution is automated, fair, and directly rewards the time you invest into our raids. Mandatory Addon: All raiders must download and maintain the CEPGP addon. This must be installed and updated before stepping foot into a guild raid so your points, bidding, and upgrades can be tracked accurately. Loot Priority (MS > OS): Main Spec upgrades always take absolute priority over Off-Spec choices. Raid Critical Overrides: Rare, raid-critical situations can override normal EPGP priority. For example, the Main Tank may be funneled a critical piece of mitigation gear to assist in overall raid survival, even if they have a lower priority rating at that moment. Guild BoE Policy: All Bind-on-Equip (BoE) items that drop during guild raids will be collected and sold by the guild. 100% of these funds go directly back to the players to fund guild repairs, flasks, potions, and food for progression nights.
CLASS & ROLE NEEDS
Current Status: All classes and roles are welcome while our foundation is being built. Future Outlook: Play what you love! While we encourage player agency, specific specializations or classes may be capped later on to ensure optimal 20 and 40-man compositions.
PvP & COMMUNITY
World PvP & BGs: As a PvP server guild, we will organize optional Battleground premades, city raids, and defensive world PvP groups. Socials Welcome: We actively welcome casual players and community-focused socials who want a home to level, run dungeons, and engage in PvP without the mandatory raid commitment. "WoW Friends" Discord Role: We have a dedicated WoW Friends role for players who are not officially in the guild but still want to hang out. Assigning yourself this role ensures you get tagged and notified about guild events, guild raids, and other important guild updates so you never miss out on the action.
