Who we are

Are you a night owl looking for a dedicated raiding team that fits your late-night schedule? <The Night Shift> is a new Horde guild building a core roster for the launch of WoW Forever.

Our main goal is to build a tight-knit group of around 25 players where everyone actually gets to know each other, plays together regularly, and feels part of a real team rather than just being a number on a bench.

We use a fair Loot Council focused on maximizing overall raid performance. As the core roster matures, our goal is to transition toward a self-governed loot distribution system.
