About the guild
Who we are
The Scarlet Aegis is a guild built around a group of friends who've been raiding together since Legion, with some of us playing together as far back as TBC. Classic is our main game, and we're looking to grow the guild with more people who enjoy the game and want a solid group to play with long-term.
We are planning to run raids, organize PvP, put together dungeon groups, and help each other out where we can. We're here to clear content and make progress, but we also want to enjoy ourselves along the way.
We're looking for people who show up, contribute, work as a team, and treat each other with respect. You don't have to be the best player or know everything about the game; just be willing to learn and have a good time.
We're proud of the community we've built, and we want to keep that close-knit feel while making it easier for new people to get involved and become part of the group. Whether you're a veteran or newer to Classic, if this sounds like your kind of guild, we'd love to hear from you.
What we expect
- Be on time and ready to go.
- Know the basic mechanics before the raid.
- Bring the appropriate gear, consumables, and anything else you need.
- If you can't make a raid you've signed up for, let us know in the appropriate channel.
- Listen to the raid leader during encounters.
- Don't intentionally troll, grief, or sabotage the group.
- Mistakes happen. Don't flame people for making them, especially while learning.
- If you're unsure about something, ask.
