Our plans for Forever
Welcome to <Midlife Crisis>! <Midlife Crisis> is a newly formed guild founded by mature Vanilla veterans on WoW Forever. Our goal is simple: clear all PvE content while having fun in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Whether you are an experienced player or returning to the game, it makes no difference to us—everyone is treated fairly and equally. We have raided for many years with people from diverse backgrounds, which gives us the edge, flexibility, and understanding of what comes along in an MMORPG environment like WoW. We deeply understand that busy lives are at the core of each and every individual, and this guild was set up with that in mind.
What to Expect from Us: -Mature & Fun Environment: A mature guild environment with a pinch of trolling to spice things up. -Freedom of Choice: Freedom to choose what to play. -Open to Feedback: You are always free to give suggestions to help the guild grow and improve. -Structured Management: Structured raiding and guild organization. -Fixed Raid Schedule: Fixed raiding days and hours so you can plan ahead and avoid FOMO (2 required raid days, with a 3rd optional day). -Balanced Rosters: Raiding teams equally balanced for 10-mans, 20-mans, and 40-man raids. -Fair Loot System: Advanced SR loot system so none is left without loot if possible (No loot council unless there is a dispute that needs to be resolved by the officers).
What We Expect from You: -Thick Skin & Constructive Criticism: You MUST be able to take jokes and accept constructive criticism. This is not debatable. -Zero Drama: No toxicity and unwanted drama. -Main Focus: You focus on your main character in a way that benefits the team. -Raid Readiness: You come prepared to the raid. -Reliability: At least 75% attendance.
